GRADE 5: Pause, Bond, and Grow
🌟 Pause, Bond, and Grow: A Meaningful Day with Grade 5 🌟
Last Saturday, November 29, our Grade 5 students stepped into a day filled with excitement, reflection, and unforgettable moments during the “Pause, Bond, and Grow” event—an experience designed to support their transition toward adolescence and their upcoming journey to secondary school.

The day kicked off with high energy as everyone jumped into a fun and refreshing Zumba session, followed by a series of ice-breaking mini games that filled the room with laughter and instant connection. These moments set the perfect tone—loosening nerves, warming up friendships, and preparing students for the adventures ahead.
With spirits lifted, the students moved into the highlight of the day: a school-wide scavenger hunt. Divided into teams, they raced through different stations, solving challenges that stretched their collaboration, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Every clue solved and every task completed strengthened their teamwork, turning ordinary school corners into unforgettable memory spots. The joyful energy around the campus was impossible to miss!

To bring the day to a meaningful close, students gathered for an insightful sharing session with our school counselor, Ms. Olga, who guided them through an open conversation about puberty—perfectly supporting their current classroom learning and helping them feel more prepared for the changes ahead.
As a token of appreciation, each student received a certificate and small gifts, making their journey through the day even more memorable.
“Pause, Bond, and Grow” was more than a school activity—it was a heartwarming experience that brought students and teachers together through movement, laughter, challenges, and reflection. Our Grade 5 learners went home not only with happy memories but also with a deeper sense of connection, self-awareness, and readiness for the exciting path before them.
